My first time reading you. The subject and writing are interesting but there are way too many jerkily moving images and I can't deal with them. They completely spoil the reading experience for me. I wish it weren't so!

I have a blouse with the russian dolls on it. I don't find it very flattering, but I haven't been able to give it away because I like the metaphor so much. It sounds like it's handled in an interesting way in this book, going far beyond the ordinary.

I have not read The Fish Book or Mother Doll but now I want to :) also, I just finished Grief Is For People and I really liked it.
