Thanks, Milena! That book is in the lead so far. We'll see how the vote shakes out, but I'd be very excited to read it!

I can't believe I never heard of this Kate Bush book! I just ordered a copy for my fiance (and perhaps also for me!).

I can’t resist a musician or band bio, so obviously I’m partially responsible for Kate Bush rising on this chart. I’m Running Up That Hill.

I vote Kate Bush! I just finished this and it made me want to read the 33 1/3 book about Boys for Pele: http://www.instarbooks.com/books/tori-amos-bootleg-webring.html

Thanks, Leigh! Just saying it could even make it happen--as Kate is in the lead! That website is nuts, but that book looks really interesting. Did you enjoy it? Definitely looks up my alley!

I love the idea of you reviewing a book that's maybe largely visual. So that's what I'm voting for. Bento!

Duras and Kate Bush?! Stellar post 😍 I voted for Kate Bush. I used to blast Running Up That Hill when I lived in LIC in my 20s on the way to the subway into the city. God, what a time. I also go through phases where I play Wuthering Heights on repeat to heal the cracks from the day/week.

Thanks, Jenovia! You put it perfectly about her music: it heals the cracks. I love that! For me, it's doing laps around the 'Hounds of Love' album. In bleak times, Cloudbusting gets right into those cracks. 'Wuthering Heights' was a revelation for me. I tried it once at karaoke--a perfect song for that 😂

OMG YOU GET IT! Singing (or let's be honest...trying to) Wuthering Heights at the top of your lungs heals 😂 Cloudbusting is another one that stirs my insides. Ahhh! She's incredible.
